TERMS AND CONDITION FOR TOUR/TREK CANCELLATION:

10% of the total tour cost will charge if cancelled 30 days before the commencement of the tour/trek. |

20% of the total tour cost will charge if cancelled 20 days before the commencement of the tour/trek. |
|
30% of the total tour cost will charge if cancelled 15 days before the commencement of the tour/trek |
|
50% of the total tour cost will charge if cancelled 10 days before the commencement of the tour/trek80% of the total tour cost will charge if cancelled 5 days before the commencement of the tour/trek |

100% of the total tour cost will charge for no show before the commencement of the tour/trek

|
MODE OF PAYMENT:
50% of the total tour cost during the booking/confirmation and rest 50% five days before the commencement of the tour/trek. |
